Describe your fitness background
I grew up playing provincial-level lacrosse and hockey. When I wasn’t on the field or ice, I was in the gym working on my conditioning. Eventually, I was introduced to CrossFit, and then I was instantly hooked on fitness.
What inspired you to become a coach?
After years of training and competing, I realized that my passion for fitness extended beyond my own performance. I wanted to share my knowledge and inspire others to reach their full potential.
What is your favourite exercise movement?
My favourite exercise movements are dumbbell snatches and barbell cleans.
