Describe your fitness background

My fitness journey began in high school with strength training for football and dreams of playing professionally. Committing to intense training, I discovered a passion for working out. I started helping friends in the gym, obtained a certification, and began a fitness career, which was paused for football. An injury ended my football aspirations, leading me to pursue fitness full-time. I then found a new passion in CrossFit, where competing and coaching further deepened my love for training.

What inspired you to become a coach?

Throughout my entire fitness journey, I found that training helped me feel more in control of my body and mind, rather than being influenced by outside factors. This realization inspired me to become a coach, with the goal of helping others feel the same sense of control and confidence.

What is your favourite exercise movement?

Power cleans and bench press.
