High performance based program to up the intensity of your workouts and hit specific performance metrics such as maximal strength, maximal speed and endurance.

What is this program about?

Frontier's high intensity performance based program where fitness tests and long term training blocks are employed to track members improvements over time. This program incorporates a variety of training methodologies from functional fitness, powerlifting, olympic lifting and traditional strength and conditioning.

Members will be required to pass a fitness assessment or to have gained clearance by the head coach before entering this program. Progress is tracked via PushPress.
